My family and I enjoyed our stay at Riverland Resort!! Staff was friendly and helpful, trailer was awesome, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed!!! Will definitely be going back there soon!!
My family and I were sold on Riverland Resort the first time we stepped onto the property. The staff was friendly and welcomed us with open arms and soon after we purchased our home on property. We now look forward to our weekends to join our new river family !!!
I am a regular visitor who had his RV, boat and other toys stored across the river on the AZ side at a major park until November of last year where I was concerned as to the quality of management and the residents. Long ago I had stayed at Riverland in my RV and in the cabanas, thought well of it and decided to see what they would offer to suit my needs. I came into the office/store and was greeted by a new look, with dozens of attractive and appealing items beyond the normal general store offerings. Behind the front desk I was greeted by a smiling and helpful face. I would learn that these belonged to Robin. I inquired about the storage and other services, and while a bit more expensive I was compelled by the cleanliness of the park and friendly nature of the staff. At that moment Robin told me to bring my stuff over, but we needed to confer with the manager as to cost because there were multiple items. I was later called by Lois who was just as friendly and professional. I didn't begin my river experience until sometime in March. I emailed that I wanted to see about a space and having my RV "Spotted". I was told there was a fantastic space and that it was no problem to place my RV there, even though it was a bit last minute. I arrived and this time was greeted by 2 smiling faces, this time Lois and Robin. I now consider them to be friends after dozens of visits now. Ever helpful and friendly my expectations are consistently exceeded by the office as well as by Joel and the rest of the park maintenance staff. Whether it be overcoming the issues presented by my late requests about space availability, making me and my guests feel at home or the over and above customer service, this has proven itself to be the true jewel of the river. I absolutely made the right decision moving here, and have since acquired an Extra Large garage, moved more items to open storage and look forward to calling Riverland my year round home away from home for a long time to come.
I have been coming to Riverland for over 25 years. When I started coming to Riverland the park was comprised of a very tight knit group of people who love the river. I’m happy to say in 25 years that has not changed. Riverland is still a community of people who have at least one thing in common, we love the river and our river community. In recent years the Riverland has invested heavily in the parks infrastructure, amenities, and appearance. The park has also added numerous storage units, making storing your boat at the park a fantastic benefit. For those who don’t know, Riverland has gas, a market, and a launch ramp. You literally don’t need to leave the park once you arrive. Riverland has something for everyone. Whether you’re a camper, or have a travel trailer, or motorhome, Riverland can accommodate you. Riverland also has rental trailers and rental homes. I am a resident, and these options come in handy when you invite friends or family on a river trip. Because we are a community, people are always willing to help. I have seen 30 people out in the river helping other people bring their boats in during a storm. It isn’t uncommon to see boaters helping other boaters at the launch ramp or helping them anchor or tie up their boats. The community here is great, always friendly, and always ready to lend a hand. We are also very fortunate to have the best managers on site. Riverlands management is always professional, courteous, friendly, and willing to help. They always go the extra mile to make sure things are going smooth and your stay is enjoyable.
This place is outstanding everyone that works here is extremely friendly and it is a beautiful environment I would definitely recommend if you are camping anywhere in Parker to come check out Riverland it is astounding!
Awesome place. Staff is really nice. Convenient as they have a store on site. RV spots right on the water or bungalows you can rent. Overall a really good choice. Everything was really clean. We will be back.
Went for first time with friends and had a great time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Park was super clean. Bathrooms with showers, laundry room. Nice little store with a little swim and slide area for the kids!! Love the sites right on the river with a little shore so the kids could play all day. Full hook ups all in working order!! We are already booked for another trip....can't wait to come back!!
My favorite spot at the river. Nothing like being 15 feet from the water when you come out of your RV!
Love Riverland. We were long over due going there. Went after the 4th had a blast. Our gang of 5 campsites are looking forward to Labor Day.
We found where we want to spend Winter in Arizona...Riverland....It's safe, clean, fun, great people to hang with, lots of activities...Many, many upgrades every year, we always look forward to the many improvements the park makes every year...We love being Snowbirds....
